You will want to use your lasso tool and draw all the way around the water so you have marching ants.

I will show you how to do that type later, but for now just add your name to the top area. You don't want to add your name to the water. Open your image in PSP.Īdd your name and any effects to the top if you want to make a tag out of it. If not, you can right click on the image below and save it, or if you have a different one you want to work with, that's fine too. The image below is provided in the Lesson Supplies folder on the group site (you may have downloaded it when you got the supplies above). This just tells PSP exactly where to look for your plugins.

I would click on C drive > program files > paint shop pro > plugins, then click on OK to get to mine. PSP 8 & 9 You click on ADD then BROWSE and find theįolder that you have made for your plugins by using the drop down list there. That you have made for your plugins by using the drop down list there. So you need to choose BROWSE, and find the folder You will then see a box that has some file locations in it. Find your Plugins either on the tab, or in the listing at the left and click on it. You then need to go to Files > Preferences > File locations. I try not to add stuff to the JASC or COREL Paint Shop Pro files folders, as this only makes the progam run slower.Īfter you have the filter in place, you will need to close your PSP program and reopen it for the filter to show up in PSP. I made a separate folder in my PROGRAM FILES for PSP stuff such as Fonts, Plugins, etc. PLUGINS but some versions of PSP add PSP folders to My Documents (or Documents in Windows Vista) and you can put your PSP stuff in there. To install the filter, you will need to put it in your "Plugins" folder. It's called Amathera Puddle Filter, and it allows you to make really fast water effects. Install the filter in your PSP Plugins folder. Please Click Here to download the items you will need for this lesson. Learn How to add Water Ripple to an Image!!
